Rivervale Barn is a fantastic new barn wedding venue on the border of Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. Set in an idyllic location on the banks of the River Blackwater, the barn is just an hour from London.
The 'green' oak barn has been developed to complement the historical setting of Mill Farm, Yateley, which was a working corn mill and part of the Yateley Manor Estate until 1887.
The development has been finished to an exceptionally high standard to provide chic modern facilities in harmony with the charm and character of Mill Farm and the surrounding countryside.

We welcome playlists and always make sure the dance floor is kept full.
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, that is why Innovents created this Special Package to cover the whole days music in one unique package.
The Ceremony
If you are having the ceremony at Rivervale Barn, we will happily play the music as the bride walks down the isle. Songs for the signing of the register, and the song for the happy couple to exit to.

The Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast
We will then play beautiful background music during the champagne reception and meal (creating a more relaxed and fun atmosphere.)
As you can see from the above picture, the set up during the daytime is both compact and discrete and can fit into any size venue, keeping the room looking stunning without lights or wires showing.
We set up the full disco later on, ready for the first dance.
Playing a mixture of Jazz and Classic Love Songs from the likes of Michael Buble, Jack Johnson, Eva Cassidy and Sarah McLachlan to name just a few, however we are also happy to play any music of your choice.
Announcements
We will professionally announce any key proceedings if required including the following important moments
1 The Bride and Grooms Entrance
(You might like us to play a special song for you as you enter the wedding breakfast room)
2 The cutting of the cake
3 The speeches
4 The 1st dance
And naturally any other announcements that may occur.
If you have booked a professional Toastmaster, then we will be able to work together and provide a microphone if required.
Speeches
We will provide you with a crystal clear radio microphone for use during the speeches.
First Dance
We will announce the first dance to start the evening disco.

We then supply our top of the range Deluxe Disco to ensure your guests dance the night away in style.
This package will transform your wedding into the most memorable event that will stay with you forever.

Wedding Up Lighting
For the perfect compliment to your wedding disco, why not add some Up Lighting to colour decorate the walls of the barn in your chosen colours.
The cost of 8 up lighting bars is only £150.00 if booked alongside one of the evening disco packages.
Or book the special wedding disco package with Uplighting which combines the special wedding disco package with 8 led up lighters for only £700.00

Star Cloth Backdrop
The LED Star Cloth Backdrop, why not add the 6m x 3m Led Starcloth Backdrop of only £100.00, available with any Disco package.
Wedding Backdrop
The wedding backdrop adds a stunning white backdrop ideal for behind the wedding top table. The backdrop can have white lighting on static or twinkle effect if required.
The Wedding Backdrop is 6m wide x 3m tall.
The price of the Wedding Backdrop is only £175.00 when booked with the 'Special Wedding Disco Package' or 'Special Wedding Disco Package with Uplighting'
Evening Deluxe Disco
For the Evening Disco only then our Deluxe Disco is most popular at Rivervale Barn and priced at just £450.00 which is fantastic value.

Deluxe Disco at Rivervale Barn
Hi Darren,
We've just got back from a little mini honeymoon in France and wanted to say thank you so much for everything last weekend at our wedding.
We were so happy with the music and lighting, and it definitely went down well with our guests too.
We had an amazing day (even though I had the flu and was dosed up to the eyeballs with flu tablets!!!), and wanted to thank you for contributing to that (the amazing day that is, not my flu!!)

Apologies for the delay, we have just got back from our honeymoon!
As for feedback, I have nothing but good things to say about Darren. He was wonderful in the run up to the wedding - I had lots of concerns and queries about the music and he was very patient and lovely with me. As you know we had the full day package and I'm so glad we did that. It meant that we didn't even have to think about music the entire day. The ceremony music was seamless, the dinner music provided great ambience and then the evening disco was absolutely fantastic!! SO many people came up to me to say how great it was - Darren had the dance floor packed the entire night and the atmosphere was just amazing. I had provided a list of 'must plays' but he read the crowd very well and the variety of music he played and the timing of it all worked perfectly. He even surprised us with some orange uplighting to match our tropical theme. So, all in all - Innovents and Darren in particular was a perfect choice for our wedding music and helped to make the day the best of our lives!

Dear Darren,
I am just writing to express how amazingly grateful we are that had you as the D.J. at our wedding. You did such an excellent job. Any bride knows that a good D.J. can make or break her wedding and you truly put on what all our guests have said was the party of the year. I really appreciated how flexible you were, from agreeing to stay a few more hours if needed, to coordinating everything via E-mail, to our very detailed song list! You hosted our event with such good humour and everyone commented on how excellent the music was, from dinner to dancing. Your commentary (as needed) was appropriate and timed exactly correctly. Also, I loved your set – the night starry sky was well worth the extra money, and the confetti cannon was so romantic and looks fantastic in the photos. Everything was just so perfect.
All I wanted when I was looking for our wedding D.J. was a D.J. that was “not cheesy” but you set the bar so much higher than that! I was so nervous because half of our guests were American, and half were English, and everyone had to like the music. Not only were you not cheesy, you were fun, engaging, and such a pleasure to work with. All of guests had the best time - well, you saw – the dance floor was packed the entire time! Seeing my father in law doing the twist was priceless. I seriously cannot thank you enough for enabling us to have our perfect wedding. We are both just so immensely grateful that you were there. You had everything under control and everything went exactly as planned. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
