Discos at Edwardian Marquee, Bray
Innovents are delighted to work with Catering Options who manage the fantastic permanent Marquee venue overlooking the River Thames, In Bray, Royal Windsor.
Innovents have often provided Discos, Bands, Bouncy Castles and Entertainment for weddings and parties at this unique and wonderful venue.
The above is a picture of the wedding of Comedy Dave (From the Radio 1 - Chris Moyles Breakfast Show) where Innovents provided the Disco, Led Uplighting and a String Quartet on the lawn during the daytime.
The venue is a permanent Licensed marquee set in rolling landscaped gardens overlooking its own private stretch of the River Thames in Royal Windsor.
Edwardian Marquee must be one of the most pefrect venues for weddings in Berkshire, with exclusive use, Didicated Caterers and venue managers. A fully licensed bar, permanent toilets including disable facitilties. Also the venue is licensed to hold civil ceremonies.
The marquee is large enough to hold well over 100 guests, but can even cater for larger parties by adding a bigger marquee in the acres of private grounds.

We welcome playlists and always make sure the dance floor is kept full.
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, that is why Innovents created this Special Package to cover the whole days music in one unique package.
The Ceremony
If you are having the ceremony at the Edwardian Marquee, we will happily play the music as the bride walks down the isle. Songs for the signing of the register, and the song for the happy couple to exit to.

The Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast
We will then play beautiful background music during the champagne reception and meal (creating a more relaxed and fun atmosphere.)
As you can see from the above picture, the set up during the daytime is both compact and discrete and can fit into any size venue, keeping the room looking stunning without lights or wires showing.
We set up the full disco later on, ready for the first dance.
Playing a mixture of Jazz and Classic Love Songs from the likes of Michael Buble, Jack Johnson, Eva Cassidy and Sarah McLachlan to name just a few, however we are also happy to play any music of your choice.
Announcements
We will professionally announce any key proceedings if required including the following important moments
1 The Bride and Grooms Entrance
(You might like us to play a special song for you as you enter the wedding breakfast room)
2 The cutting of the cake
3 The speeches
4 The 1st dance
And naturally any other announcements that may occur.
If you have booked a professional Toastmaster, then we will be able to work together and provide a microphone if required.
Speeches
We will provide you with a crystal clear radio microphone for use during the speeches.
First Dance
We will announce the first dance to start the evening disco.
Evening Disco
We then supply our top of the range Deluxe Disco to ensure your guests dance the night away in style.
This package will transform your wedding into the most memorable event that will stay with you forever.

Something Different
Your wedding day is unique, and as such so is our service. We can happily cater for your requirements if you would like something different.
For example;
1 - If you do not want a general multi colour lighting show and would like something to match your colour scheme, or something more simple, then we can offer you a computer controlled light show that is fixed on a colour of your choice.
A soft pink or elegant white light show looks very stunning.
2 - If you do not require traditional disco lighting, we can offer a sophisticated and elegant light system using our led uplighting mixed with our state of the art star cluster laser show. This is for that modern, elegant chic look.
Wedding Up Lighting
Special Wedding Disco Package Plus.
All the benefits of our Special Wedding Disco Package, but also including stunning Led Up Lighting to create the perfect atmosphere in your venue using colour mood lighting to enhance your venue in your chosen colour.
For the evening dancing, the lights can remain the same as the daytime or spectacularly change with the beat of the music.

The cost of 8 up lighting bars is only £150.00 if booked alongside one of the above disco packages.

I am just writing to express how amazingly grateful we are that had you as the D.J. at our wedding. You did such an excellent job. Any bride knows that a good D.J. can make or break her wedding and you truly put on what all our guests have said was the party of the year. I really appreciated how flexible you were, from agreeing to stay a few more hours if needed, to coordinating everything via E-mail, to our very detailed song list! You hosted our event with such good humour and everyone commented on how excellent the music was, from dinner to dancing. Your commentary (as needed) was appropriate and timed exactly correctly. Also, I loved your set – the night starry sky was well worth the extra money, and the confetti cannon was so romantic and looks fantastic in the photos. Everything was just so perfect.
All I wanted when I was looking for our wedding D.J. was a D.J. that was “not cheesy” but you set the bar so much higher than that! I was so nervous because half of our guests were American, and half were English, and everyone had to like the music. Not only were you not cheesy, you were fun, engaging, and such a pleasure to work with. All of guests had the best time - well, you saw – the dance floor was packed the entire time! Seeing my father in law doing the twist was priceless. I seriously cannot thank you enough for enabling us to have our perfect wedding. We are both just so immensely grateful that you were there.
