A few weeks ago we received a phone call in the office here at Innovents to request a quotation and availability to provide a White Carpeted Stage for a Wedding in a private Wedding and Events venue in Hertfordshire.
The Wedding was taking place on Saturday 8th February 2020 and the customer needed the stage to be installed in the morning to allow for his venue decorators to put the finishing touches to the venue and decorate the stage and top table. The top table was installed on the stage with a custom made white wooden frame and draping used as a stunning backdrop.
We arrived at the venue at the time arranged and working together with the venue staff and other suppliers we efficiently installed the stage to allow plenty of time for the other suppliers to get the venue all finished in time for the guests to arrive and enjoy the celebrations.
The stage really did look stunning with the top table consisting of the Bride and Groom places directly on top.
Our staging is sectional and can be built in 1m increments with a height of 30cm. For safety and convenance we also installed a custom step. Once the main staging was installed we then carefully crafted a white carpet covering to go perfectly with the Stylish and Sophisticated yet Subtle theming of the Wedding.
You can see the White Stage hired here in front of the Gloss White Dance Floor. It really did look beautiful and a perfect compliment to the newlyweds vision for their wedding day.
The customer had asked us to return to collect the stage at the end of the night and we again worked in harmony with both the venue staff and the other suppliers on hand to make sure we removed the stage with a smooth transition.
